BluePort Container is a British shipping container supplier. We sell new and used containers to customers across England, Scotland and Wales — from homeowners who need a secure garden store to contractors running multi-site programmes and farms replacing tired timber outbuildings.

What we do
We buy container stock from shipping lines, container operators and one-trip importers, hold it at depots around the country, and sell it on with a delivered price and an honest condition grade. Alongside our standard stock we source specialist units — side-openers, double-door tunnels, open-tops, flat racks and refrigerated boxes — to order.
Coverage across the UK
Container prices are dominated by haulage, so where stock sits matters. We work from a network of depots and haulage partners close to the main ports and inland hubs, which lets us keep prices sensible and delivery free rather than trunking a box the length of the country.
- England — broad coverage from the South East and South West through the Midlands to the North West and North East, drawing on depots near Felixstowe, London Gateway, Southampton, the Midlands and Liverpool.
- Scotland — the Central Belt and the east coast are served routinely. Deliveries to the Highlands, Argyll and the islands are covered by the same free delivery, though ferry bookings, road restrictions and longer driver hours mean they take a little longer to schedule.
- Wales — South Wales and the Marches are well covered; mid and north Wales are quoted on a postcode basis where narrow lanes affect vehicle choice.
Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are covered by the same free delivery, with dates subject to ferry sailings. Full details are on our Delivery Information page.
How we work
Grade honestly
A used container is a used container. Ours are graded to recognised industry standards and described plainly — if a Wind and Water Tight box has surface rust and a repaired patch, we say so. Our Condition Guide sets out what to expect from each grade so nobody is disappointed on delivery day.
Quote the whole job
Our quotations cover the container, delivery to your address and the offloading method. Delivery anywhere in the UK is free, the figure we quote is the total payable, and no VAT is added at checkout. If a site needs a HIAB rather than a tilt-bed lorry, or an escort for a narrow lane, we tell you before you commit.
Take access seriously
Most container deliveries that go wrong go wrong because of access, not the container. We ask about gateway widths, overhead cables, ground conditions and turning space before we dispatch, and we would far rather reschedule than send a 44-tonne artic to a lane it cannot leave.
