Please note that this is our registered and administrative office, not a container depot. Stock is held at depots around the country and viewings are arranged by appointment only — please do not travel to a depot without confirming first.

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 15:00 (enquiries and email only)
Sunday and English bank holidays: closed

Enquiries received outside these hours are answered on the next working day. Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday during normal haulage hours; Saturday deliveries can sometimes be arranged in advance.

Nationwide delivery

Delivery is free across the UK — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Scottish Highlands and islands. The Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are covered on the same free delivery, with dates subject to ferry sailings. Before you order, please check the access requirements set out in our Delivery Information page: a standard delivery lorry needs a firm, reasonably level surface, a clear approach and space to manoeuvre.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email info@blueportcontainer.com with your order number and a short description. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and resolve them within ten. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for distance sales to consumers, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are unaffected.
