This is a demountable all-steel modular building, not a container conversion. Lengths of 24ft, 32ft and 40ft are supplied to a standard 10 ft width, and modules link end-on-end as well as side-by-side, so floor area accumulates in bays rather than being capped by the size of one unit. The quoted configuration is a three-bay open-plan building of 32ft × 30ft, and the same system stacks to three storeys where the site and the design allow.

Read the 40ft module note before you specify
The one specification detail that catches people out is that 40ft modules carry internal columns. On a plan those columns disappear; in a finished open-plan office or classroom they do not, and they will dictate where a partition or a projector screen can go. If a genuinely clear span matters more than the extra length, specify 32ft modules and add a bay. It is worth settling on paper rather than on site.
Where an anti-vandal build earns its price
Flat steel panels take a hard knock without denting into the insulation behind them, and there is no timber or plastic skin to be cut through. That makes this the sensible specification for an unsupervised compound, a public-facing perimeter, or accommodation that stays up through school holidays or shutdown periods. The demountability is the second half of the case: when the project finishes the building comes apart, moves and goes up again on the next site rather than being written off.
Delivery, installation and cover
Delivery is free across the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, and the price shown is the total payable, with no VAT added at checkout. Read the quoted price carefully: it covers supply and delivery only. Because the building arrives as three separate modules on separate lorry movements, the modules then have to be lifted into position and joined, and that on-site installation and cranage is arranged and quoted separately from this listing. Any HIAB or crane involvement is agreed in writing before delivery. Foundations need to be level and load-bearing across the full 9.655 × 8.835 m footprint before the first module arrives. Multi-module buildings are a made-to-order item, so allow the 2 to 6 week band in our shipping policy. Cover is 12 months against structural defects and water ingress, and separately you keep your statutory rights: 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and 30 days to reject the goods if they are faulty.
