Movable panels are a programme decision, not a styling one
On a fixed-sided modular, the day the order is placed is the day the internal layout is frozen. Here it is not. If the client has not settled how many offices they want, or the same building is going to be reconfigured for a second phase, you can order the floor area now and resolve the walls later. That is worth real money on a project where the accommodation requirement is still moving — and it is the reason this system turns up so often on school and college schemes, where the September date is fixed long before the room schedule is.
Where it fits
Project and sales offices, canteens, welfare blocks, toilet and shower facilities, classrooms and training centres. It is also the one to look at when floor area is needed quickly, since a panel kit goes up faster on site than a fully finished module and does not tie up an artic for every 10 ft of building.
Delivery, installation and cover
Delivery is free throughout the UK, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey included, and the price shown is the total payable — no VAT is added at checkout. The transport advantage is real: because the building ships as a transpack rather than as six finished modules, it takes far fewer lorry movements to get 20ft × 48ft of floor area to site, which matters on a constrained urban compound with a booked delivery window. The quoted price still covers supply and delivery only, with on-site installation and cranage arranged and priced separately, and any lift agreed in writing before the date. The base needs to be level and load-bearing across the full 6.055 × 14.61 m footprint before the panels arrive. The building is covered for 12 months against structural defects and water ingress. Separately, you have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and a 30-day right to reject faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
