3-Bay Anti-Vandal Modular Building
This is a demountable steel modular system rather than a container conversion. Modules come in 24ft, 32ft and 40ft lengths at a standard 10 ft width, and they link both end-on-end and side-by-side to form clear open-plan floor area — up to three storeys where the site and the design allow.
The point of an anti-vandal build is that it is all steel and it comes apart again. Flat-sided exterior panels take a hard knock and can be painted to any color; the close-coupled linking system means units from our standard steel cabin range bolt onto the same building. When the project ends, the building is dismantled, moved and re-erected rather than written off — which is what makes it the sensible choice for a compound with a finite life.
Note on the quoted price: it covers supply and delivery of a 3-bay open-plan 32ft x 30ft building. Final on-site installation and cranage into position are arranged separately and are not included. Larger sizes, custom internal layouts and additional options are available at extra cost — and 40ft modules include internal columns, which affects how open the finished span really is.
