Our New 1-Trip Modified Shipping Container Offices/Cabins can be equipped or upfiitted with many different features and options. Our entry level mobile offices/cabins are completely framed out and fully insulated R13 Faced Bat Insulation. We offer three different wall & celing covering options and Dura Grip floors that provide our customers with years of low maintenance durabilty. Even our entry level units come upfitted with a 100 AMP Main Breaker and 12 additional spaces with up to seven electrical sockets for your growing electrical requirements. The 12000 BTU A/C with heat option will keep cool in the summer and provide a comfortable work enviroment during those chilly winter months. The two 36 x 36 windows with slide option allow for plenty of natural light and fresh air. The double bore commercial grade steel door with a locking lever and dead bolt will to deter most common thieves.

This is the entry-level build, and most buyers add to it – extra sockets and data, partitioning, shelving or a second door. If you would rather start from a used shell, the clean 20ft used office container is the lower-cost route, and larger teams generally move up to the 30ft ModiBox office.
