Two WCs and two basins in the same compact 8ft x 5ft shell as our single unit, which is the efficient way to double capacity without doubling the footprint on a tight compound.

Construction is built for a long outdoor life: galvanised steel sheet coated both sides, PU foam insulation to walls and ceiling, and a cement-bound chipboard floor plate under aluminium checkered plate. The insulation is not a comfort extra on a welfare unit — it is what keeps the block serviceable through winter working rather than freezing up.

It stands on its own corner posts, so no jacklegs and no raised sub-frame are needed; it sets down on level, made-up ground. This is a mains unit, so plan the water feed and the foul connection ahead of the delivery date. In practice that is what holds up bringing a toilet block into use, not the unit itself — and where there is no foul drain, a waste tank pairs with it instead.
