Description
Our smallest fully plumbed welfare unit: a WC, a shower and a basin fitted inside a steel cabin of 2.4 × 1.4 m, delivered complete and ready to be connected. Being a mains unit, it wants a water feed and a drain at the spot where it will stand, and in return there is no waste tank to empty and no service visit to book. On a site that already has services, and a small crew to look after, that is a good deal simpler than running a tanked unit.

Built for constant wet use
The construction is where the money goes on a unit this size, because a shower cabin fails from the floor up. Galvanised steel sheet coated on both sides handles the corrosion; PU foam insulation in the walls and ceiling deals with both heat loss and noise between the shower and whatever is next to it; and the floor is a cement-bound chipboard plate under aluminium chequer plate, which is a surface that takes daily wet use without softening at the edges the way a board floor with a vinyl covering eventually does.

Siting: the connection points decide everything
Because it stands on its own corner posts it can be craned straight onto a prepared base with no jackleg assembly, so the constraint is not the ground so much as the services. Settle where the water feed and the drainage connection will land before the delivery date, and position the unit so the door does not open into the prevailing wind or across a walking route. Get that right and installation is a morning’s work.
Delivery and cover
Delivery is free anywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, and the price shown is the total payable with no VAT added at checkout. At 2.4 m long this reaches positions a container delivery cannot, but it still needs a firm, level base bearing under all four corner posts or the door will not seal against its frame. Crane or HIAB offload is agreed in writing before delivery. Fabrication workmanship is covered for 12 months. Separately from that, you have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a 30-day right to reject the goods if they are faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
