5+1 Steel Toilet Cabin — 24ft x 9ft
A 24 ft anti-vandal toilet block with five WC cubicles plus one additional facility, sized for a full site crew rather than a small team. Two steel entrance doors with deadlocks let the block be split in use — separate male and female provision, or simply two entry points to stop a queue forming at one door.
There are no windows, by design. Ventilation is handled entirely by fitted extractor fans, which removes the most common vandalism target on an unattended compound and means nothing needs boarding or shuttering overnight.
Inside it is specified to be cleaned rather than merely used: sealed vinyl floors, wipe-clean wall boards, insulated walls and ceiling, with WCs, basins, urinals and water heaters fitted. Fluorescent strip lighting and tubular heaters keep it usable in winter. The cabin stands on corner posts, so no jacklegs are required.

Welfare Provision On Larger Sites
The 5+1 layout is sized for medium to large workforces where a single toilet cabin creates a queue at every break. Because it stands on corner posts rather than jacklegs, it can be craned straight onto a prepared level base without leg adjustment, and the windowless anti-vandal shell holds up in exposed or unsupervised locations.
For smaller crews the 4+1 steel toilet cabin (20ft x 9ft) is the next size down, while the 6+1 steel toilet cabin adds a further cubicle.
