The close coupled linkway allows the simple and cost effective linking of ECOlink cabins (or any steel cabin when ordered with the doorway linking system) up to 3 storeys high.

What The Linkway Does

• Creates a covered walkway between two adjacent steel cabins
• Keeps staff out of the weather when moving between office, canteen and welfare units
• Suitable for stacked cabin arrangements up to three storeys
• Close coupled design keeps the gap between units to a minimum

Planning Your Cabin Layout

A linkway only works where the cabins have been ordered with, or already have, the doorway linking system — worth confirming before you finalise the compound layout. Position the linked units on level ground so the doorway thresholds match, and think about the direction of foot traffic so the walkway lands where people actually need it. If you need a wider opening than the standard close coupled link, ask us about the special sizes.

Linkways are most often specified alongside the 32ft ECOlink meeting room cabin and the 32ft ECOlink drying room cabin, which are designed for this connection method.
