Modular buildings are designed to come apart, which means a building that has finished one life can be refurbished and given another. We take pre-owned modules, bring them back to a serviceable standard and adapt the layout to what you actually need.

Two things make this the right buy. The first is budget — it is materially cheaper than new, which matters for schools, clubs, community organisations and anyone funding facilities out of a fixed pot. The second is availability: pre-owned stock can often be released at very short notice, so it is the realistic option when accommodation is needed quickly rather than in six months. That makes it a common choice for disaster and emergency accommodation as well as for short-term project use.

The building can be remodelled into any configuration its structure allows, so tell us the layout you need rather than working around what the module happens to be. The quoted price covers supply and delivery of a 3-bay open-plan 32ft x 30ft building — final installation and cranage into position are quoted separately, and larger sizes and customisation are available at extra cost.

Refurbished or New?

A refurbished modular building is usually available far sooner than a new-build equivalent, which is why pre-owned units are specified for disaster accommodation, sudden roll growth in schools and short-term project offices. The trade-off is that the layout has to work within the existing structure, so tell us the room configuration you need before ordering and we will confirm what the shell allows.
