Delivery, installation and cover

Delivery is free everywhere we deliver in the UK, taking in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, and the figure shown is the total payable with no VAT added at checkout. As with all our multi-module buildings, the quoted price covers supply and delivery; setting the modules and joining them on site is a separate installation and cranage exercise, priced separately, and any lift is agreed in writing before the delivery date. Treat it as a made-to-order build on the 2 to 6 week band in our shipping policy. It is covered for 12 months against structural defects and water ingress. Your statutory rights run alongside that and are separate from it: 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and 30 days to reject faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
