A three-bay modular building put together to the standards of permanent construction, not those of temporary accommodation. Steel corner columns carry a hot-rolled steel ring beam, galvanised steel floor joists sit below and steel lattice roof beams above, and the result is a clear design span reaching 12 m (39 ft) with nothing supporting it in the middle. Nothing about the finished building reads as a cabin, and that is the point: it is the specification to choose when the building is customer-facing or is staying in place for years.

U-values are specified to your requirement, not fixed
Building Regulations are not uniform across the UK — England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland each run their own set, and what a local authority asks for on a schoolroom is not what it asks for on a welfare block. The wall build-up here is designed to be upgraded rather than to hit one fixed figure, so tell us where the building is going and what it has to satisfy, and we will confirm the specification in writing before you commit. We do not publish a single U-value for this building because the honest answer depends on what you are specifying it against.
Where it fits
Long-life site accommodation, school and college teaching space, clinics and consulting rooms, offices with a public reception, and any building that will be in daily use by people who are not site staff. The plasterboard-and-architrave interior and the choice of ceiling height are what let it pass as a building rather than a portable unit.
Delivery, installation and cover
Delivery is free everywhere we deliver in the UK, taking in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, and the figure shown is the total payable with no VAT added at checkout. As with all our multi-module buildings, the quoted price covers supply and delivery; setting the modules and joining them on site is a separate installation and cranage exercise, priced separately, and any lift is agreed in writing before the delivery date. This one deserves particular attention to the base — a hot-rolled ring beam building carrying a 5 kN/m² floor load wants a properly designed, level foundation across the 9.62 × 9.02 m footprint, not made-up ground. Treat it as a made-to-order build on the 2 to 6 week band in our shipping policy. It is covered for 12 months against structural defects and water ingress. Your statutory rights run alongside that and are separate from it: 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and 30 days to reject faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where the compound is temporary and the building has to come apart and move on, the 3 bay anti-vandal modular building makes more sense. When floor area is wanted in a hurry, look instead at the 6 bay Euro modular building. Bigger schemes tend to combine several of these with stock from the modular buildings and site cabins range, or with portable buildings.
