A proper office cabin that arrives as flat panels and goes up with a socket set in roughly 45 minutes. No crane, no lifting gear, no specialist trades — which is what lets it be built in places a delivered cabin will never reach.

The shell is fully galvanised steel, so the panels do not rust, finished in smooth powder-coated moss green outside and off white inside. A guttered roof keeps run-off away from the doorway and walls, and two double glazed uPVC windows come as standard, so the interior is genuinely light rather than a lit box. The insulated wall finish is durable and takes surface-mounted electrics directly.

Once assembled it can be craned or forklifted whole, or taken back down to flat pack form for storage between projects — useful when the same office has to serve a sequence of short jobs rather than sitting on one site for years. It can also be linked side to side or end to end at any point after the first build, so one cabin today can become a two-cabin office later without replacing anything.
