6.5m x 2.3m Large Flat Pack Office

A full 20 ft office cabin in which every component can be carried by hand. That is the whole proposition: it can be built in a courtyard, a basement car park, a rooftop plant area or a rear garden that a truck-delivered cabin will never reach.

On a constrained site that usually removes the crane, the trackway and the skating team from the job — frequently the largest single cost of putting a 20 ft office where you actually need it, and often the difference between the project being possible and not.

The build is DIY with ordinary tools: no crane, no specialist equipment, fast assembly. Construction is galvanised steel, fully insulated, with a vinyl floor covering and two double glazed windows, finished in white (RAL 9002). Cabins stack and link, so the footprint can grow upward or outward later rather than being fixed at purchase.
