6.5m x 4.6m Side-Linked Flat Pack Office

Our largest flat pack office: two 6.5 m x 2.3 m cabins joined side by side into a single open room of 5.90 m x 4.38 m internally. It is designed for the situation where a portable building is needed but the site cannot take one — no crane access, no trackway, no room for a HIAB.

Every component carries by hand, which means the office can be built inside an existing building or up in a multi-storey car park. On constrained sites that routinely saves more in avoided mobile crane and trackway hire than the difference in unit price. The heaviest single part is the roof panel at 74 kg; if components have to travel a long way by hand, the smaller 3.3 m or 4.3 m linked offices are easier going.

Layout is decided on site, not at order. You can use one or both pedestrian doors, and if you use both they can go on any two of the four sides — useful when the building is managing the flow of people rather than just housing them. Four windows are included, and any of them can be swapped for the spare solid panels left over from linking, when you would rather have privacy or wall space. Further 6.5 m offices can be side-linked later, each adding a door and two more windows.
