Built to come apart again

Most site accommodation is bought as though it will stand in one place for years. This one is designed for the opposite case: once assembled it will crane or forklift whole, and it can equally be knocked back down to flat pack form for storage between projects. That is genuinely useful when the same office has to serve a sequence of short jobs, because the alternative is paying to move a rigid cabin each time or leaving it standing somewhere it is not earning.

Two windows, and why that matters

Two double glazed uPVC windows come as standard, so the interior is properly lit rather than being a box with a light in it. Combined with the insulated shell and a wall finish that takes surface-mounted electrics without battening out first, it is set up to be worked in rather than just occupied.

Growing the footprint later

Linking is not a decision you are forced to take up front. The cabin will accept a neighbour on its side or on its end at any date after the first build, so a single office today becomes a two-cabin office later with nothing thrown away; the connection is made with a flat pack office linking kit. Arriving flat means no crane or HIAB is needed to take it off the vehicle or to install it; anything specific about placement on arrival is agreed in writing before delivery. Mainland England and Wales typically runs 3 to 7 working days. Cover is 12 months on the unit as supplied new, and you separately hold 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and 30 days to reject faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
