Description
A full office cabin that turns up as a stack of flat panels and goes together with a socket set — the supplier puts the build at roughly three-quarters of an hour. Nothing has to be craned or lifted, and no trade has to be booked in, which is precisely why it can be put up on ground a delivered cabin could never serve. At 4.3m it is the size for one or two people working rather than a site team, and carrying the components in is a two-person job rather than a logistics exercise.

Built to come apart again
Most site accommodation is bought as though it will stand in one place for years. This one is designed for the opposite case: once assembled it will crane or forklift whole, and it can equally be knocked back down to flat pack form for storage between projects. That matters where one office has to cover a run of short jobs: otherwise you are paying to shift a rigid cabin each time, or leaving it parked somewhere it earns nothing.
Two windows, and why that matters
Two double glazed uPVC windows come as standard, so the interior is properly lit rather than being a box with a light in it. Combined with the insulated shell and a wall finish that takes surface-mounted electrics without battening out first, it is set up to be worked in rather than just occupied.
Growing the footprint later
Linking is not a decision you are forced to take up front. The cabin will accept a neighbour on its side or on its end at any date after the first build, so a single office today becomes a two-cabin office later with nothing thrown away; the connection is made with a flat pack office linking kit. Where the extra room is already a known requirement, begin instead with the 6.5m x 2.3m large flat pack office; wider again, and already joined, is the 6.5m x 4.6m side linked office.
Delivery and buying
Free delivery across the UK including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, and no VAT added at checkout — the price on this page is the total payable. Arriving flat means no crane or HIAB is needed to take it off the vehicle or to install it; anything specific about placement on arrival is agreed in writing before delivery. Reckon on our estimate of 7 to 10 days from cleared payment, which is an estimate and not a committed date. Cover is 12 months on the unit as supplied new, and you separately hold 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and 30 days to reject faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
