Where the position calls for a crane or HIAB offload, that is agreed in writing before delivery. Have the three-phase supply in place before the delivery date, and leave clearance at the machinery end for airflow and servicing. As a new unit it is covered for 12 months against structural defects and water ingress. Separately from that, you have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a distinct 30-day right to reject the goods if they prove faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
