40ft x 10ft Jackleg Office Cabin

A full 40 ft run at 10 ft wide is enough to split the unit into a main office and a separate meeting or drawing area while still leaving a clear circulation route — which is the point at which a site office stops being a room with desks in it and starts working as an office.

It arrives ready to take a team rather than needing a second electrical fit-out: six windows, four double power points, three timed panel heaters, four lights and a fitted consumer unit all come as standard. Walls, ceiling and floor are insulated, the walls are wipe-clean textured vinyl-faced plasterboard, and the floor is sealed vinyl.

The exterior is plastisol as standard — 9 mm plywood laminated with plastic-coated steel sheet. It is the low-maintenance choice for a cabin that will sit outside for the length of a long project, needing a wash-down rather than repainting. A traditional textured and painted finish is available on request. The cabin stands on fixed-point jacklegs, so it levels on unprepared ground.
