Adjustable, Heavy Duty Racking For Container

For a 10ft container we offer a single 2250mm bay of three tier racking that can be assembled in the container. This racking can also be used in 20ft, 30ft and 40ft containers.

It comprises two pre-assembled 2m high and 600mm wide end frames connected by two beams per shelf. The beams easily slot into the end frames and include safety clips.

All steel items are powder coated (blue and orange) for a scratch resistant finish and include a 25mm chipboard shelf with a capacity of 550kg per shelf. The shelf level heights can be adjusted in 50mm increments.

It is possible to use racking on both sides of the container. However there is not enough room to fit racking on the end wall.

This single bay racking kit is for a single side. Order 2 kits to fit both sides.

It comprises two pre-assembled 2m high and 600mm wide end frames connected by 2 beams per shelf. The beams easily slot into the end frames and include safety clips.

All steel items are powder coated (blue and orange) for a scratch resistant finish and include a 25mm chipboard shelf with a capacity of 550kgs per shelf, the shelf height is adjustable in 50mm increments.

The end racking can be used in conjunction with the two tier side racking in a 20ft container and two tier side racking in a 40ft container but not in a 10ft container as there is not enough space.

This racking can also be used alone in any container.

Planning Your Container Layout

Work out bays per side first: one bay in a 10ft, two in a 20ft and five in a 40ft. Each kit covers a single side, so order two kits to rack both walls. Racking cannot be fitted to the end wall of a 10ft container, but in 20ft and 40ft units the separate 1850mm two-tier end bay puts that space to use. All steelwork is powder coated in blue and orange for a scratch-resistant finish that stands up to loading knocks.

If you want something lighter and quicker to install, the Fastfit three tier racking (2 bays) and the Fastfit single bay kit hook onto the container D-rings instead of standing on the floor, though the timber is not included with those kits.
