10ft Raised Bunded Store
This is the compact version of our raised bunded store, built on a one-trip 10ft shell for sites that need proper containment without giving up a 20ft footprint. The specification is identical where it matters: a 300 mm containment tray under a welded 3 mm Durbar floor, so stored drums stand above anything that leaks rather than in it.
At 2.84 m internal length it suits smaller inventories — a working stock of drums, a decanting point, or a satellite store kept close to where the material is actually used rather than centralised across the site. Twelve vents provide through-ventilation appropriate to the smaller internal volume.
Two forklift pockets at the front let the store be lifted and repositioned as the site changes, which is often the deciding factor on phased projects. Bund Types and Related Hazardous Stores
The raised bund lifts the working floor above the containment tray, so drums and IBCs sit clear of any liquid that collects underneath – the usual choice where regular spillage is expected. Where drainage matters more than headroom, the 10ft open mesh floor bunded store lets liquid fall straight through, and the 10ft flat floor bunded store keeps a level surface for pallet trucks.
