Four WC cubicles plus a urinal position, in a 20ft x 9ft footprint. The short shell is the practical reason to choose this over a longer block: on a compound where space is already committed to storage, parking and offices, the smaller welfare unit often decides whether the layout works at all.

Two entrance doors keep people moving at shift change instead of funnelling everyone through a single point — the difference between a queue and a flow when a crew comes off site together.

Security follows the same pattern as the rest of our steel welfare range: anti-vandal construction, deadlocks on both entrance doors, and no windows at all, with extractor fans handling ventilation. Inside, sealed vinyl floors and wipe-clean wall boards make daily cleaning quick, and insulated walls and ceiling with tubular heaters keep it usable in cold weather.

Before delivery, confirm the water feed and foul connection points and check the standing area is level and firm enough for the loaded unit. Where no sewer is available, a waste tank goes underneath and should be sized to your headcount so emptying can be scheduled.
