Any defect, known or unknown — minor dents, cosmetic imperfections, outstanding electrical work, HVAC servicing — becomes the buyer’s responsibility on delivery. That is exactly why the price sits where it does. It is the right purchase if you are converting anyway and expect to cut, wire and re-line to your own specification. It is the wrong purchase if you need a graded, sealed, ready-to-use box off the back of the lorry. Delivery, siting and cover
Delivery is free across the UK mainland and to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, and the price shown is the total payable, with no VAT added at checkout. A 40ft high cube is the most demanding delivery we handle: an articulated tilt-bed needs a straight, firm approach, room to reverse and a level standing, and the 2.90 metre height needs checking against gateways, cables and tree lines on the way in. Where the position cannot be reached by tilt-bed and a crane or HIAB offload is required, that is agreed in writing before delivery. The wall-mounted HVAC unit projects from the side wall, so allow for it when planning the final position and any adjacent structure. Because these units are sold as-is, no warranty term applies to them. Your statutory rights are unaffected and remain separate from each other: 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and 30 days to reject the goods if they are faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
