Read this before you buy: length and road use
A 53 ft chassis is a North American domestic length. It is longer than the semi-trailer lengths normally operated on UK roads, and this listing makes no claim that the unit is road-legal here, type-approved here, or registrable for highway use. Nothing about the frame’s history, plating or approval status is established by this listing. If you intend to use it on a public road anywhere, you must satisfy yourself independently — with your own inspection and your own competent advice — about vehicle approval, plating, lighting, braking and dimensional limits for your operation. Most UK buyers of a frame this length are using it inside a site or terminal, where those questions do not arise in the same way.

None of the container condition grades in our warranty policy apply to a chassis, so no container warranty term is claimed for this unit. Your statutory rights are unaffected: you have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a separate 30-day right to reject the goods if they are faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
