Nothing on the outside worth attacking
Leave a compound over a long weekend and it is the toilet block that gets hit first. This one is specified with that in mind. There is no glazing anywhere on it — air movement comes from fitted extractor fans instead — and each of the two external steel doors is deadlocked. Nothing on the outside rewards an attempt and there is no pane to put a boot through, which is why blocks built this way stay in service on open or unmanned sites instead of being sheeted over by the second month.

Planning the connection
This is a mains unit, so arrange the water supply and the foul connection before delivery — that is normally what delays a block coming into service, not the delivery itself. Where there is no drain to connect into, a waste tank is required underneath, and its capacity should be matched to your headcount so emptying can be put on a schedule.
Getting it onto site
At 9.76 m long this is a substantial fitted unit, delivered complete rather than assembled in place, so it is craned or HIAB-lifted into position. That offload is agreed in writing before delivery, and the standing area needs to be level and able to carry a loaded block on its corner posts. Delivery is free across the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, and no VAT is added at checkout — the price shown is the total payable. The unit is covered for 12 months as supplied new, and separately you hold 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and 30 days to reject the goods if they are faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Smaller blocks
