Container Workshops

A container workshop is a complete working space delivered ready to use. The electrical and plumbing work is done before it leaves us, so there is no construction phase on your site — it is craned into position and switched on. Available in 10 ft, 20 ft and 40 ft.

Two groups of buyers keep coming back to these. The first want their garage back: somewhere secure and dry to weld, turn, build or paint that is not the space the cars live in, and not the dining table. The second need the workshop to travel. If your work is repairing plant where it breaks down, a workshop that goes on a truck means you stop hauling equipment to the job and start taking the shop to it — and if you no longer need it where it stands, it can be lifted and gone the same day.

The shell does the heavy lifting on durability. A shipping container is engineered to be stacked eight high and cross oceans loaded, so as a workshop it is wind and watertight, genuinely secure and effectively unbreakable in normal use.

We hold pre-designed 20 ft and 40 ft workshops, or we build to your specification where a trade has requirements a standard layout will not meet.

Workshop Units Available Now

If you would rather buy a stocked unit than commission a bespoke build, the 20ft workshop containers cover most trades in a single bay, and the 40ft tunnel container mobile workshop opens at both ends for drive-through access to longer stock. Where space is tight, the 10ft custom workshop and office container splits bench space and paperwork into one compact shell. Loading heavy equipment is far easier with a container ramp, and further conversions are listed under modified containers.
