10 ft Pink Container with Roll‑Up Door

£1,199.00

A 10ft container painted in a strong pink and fitted with a steel roll-up door instead of hinged cargo doors. Because the door lifts vertically, the unit needs no swing clearance and can sit hard against a wall or a neighbouring stand and still open fully.

Description

A 10ft container finished in a strong pink and fitted with a steel roll-up door in place of hinged cargo doors. It is a deliberately visible unit — the colour is the point, not an accident of what was in stock — which is why it tends to be bought for pop-up retail, mobile bars, event booths and anything that has to be found in a field or a car park. The compact footprint and the vertical-lifting door are what make it practical rather than merely eye-catching.

Dimensions

  • External: 2.99 × 2.44 × 2.59 m (9 ft 10 in × 8 ft 0 in × 8 ft 6 in)
  • Internal: 2.84 × 2.35 × 2.39 m (9 ft 4 in × 7 ft 9 in × 7 ft 10 in)
  • Roll-up door: approximately 1.8 to 2.1 m wide (6 to 7 ft)
  • Floor area: roughly 6.7 m² (72 sq ft)

Specification

  • Professionally painted pink exterior
  • Steel roll-up door for quick, one-handed access
  • Heavy-duty Cor-Ten steel shell
  • Marine-grade plywood floor
  • Weatherproof and lockable
  • Optional insulation, shelving, lighting and branding available to order

Why a roll-up door on a box this size

The reason people buy a 10ft unit is usually that space is tight. Fitting hinged cargo doors to it then undoes half the benefit, because those doors need around 1.5 m of clear swing in front before they open fully — so the container ends up needing a 10ft footprint plus a 5ft exclusion zone. A roll-up door lifts vertically into its housing and needs none of that, which means the unit can sit hard against a wall, a fence line or a neighbouring stand and still open to its full width. One hand opens it, too, which counts for a lot if you are serving customers from the unit and moving in and out all day.

Where it works

  • Pop-up retail and market pitches where footprint is charged by the square metre
  • Mobile bars, coffee units and event booths
  • Club and ground storage where a container must not look industrial
  • Domestic and garden storage on a pitch too small for a 20ft unit

Delivery, siting and cover

Delivery is free anywhere in the UK, and that includes Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. The price shown is the total payable — no VAT is added at checkout. A 10ft unit is the easiest size in the range to place: it is short enough to go on a tilt-bed and be slid onto a modest pitch, and light enough that repositioning later is rarely a major job. You still need firm, level ground and a straight approach, and if the only route in is over an obstacle then a crane offload can be arranged, agreed in writing before delivery. Think about which way the door should face before delivery day — turning a container on a small pitch is disproportionately awkward.

The unit is covered for 12 months against structural defects and water ingress, with 12 months on the workmanship of the door installation and paint. Separately, you have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a 30-day right to reject the goods if they are faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Related units

Want the same roll-up arrangement at twice the length and in a darker finish? Price it against the 20ft matte black container with a side roll-up door. Where an empty shell will not do and the unit has to trade from day one, the 10ft pop-up bar container arrives fitted out. Everything else in this size bracket sits under storage containers, while our buyers guide deals with pitch, access and the decisions best made before a colour and a fit-out are settled.
