Description

The Premium Build is the upgraded specification of our compact pool. The shell is identical to the standard version — a converted 20ft shipping container — but it is finished as a permanent part of the garden rather than something dropped in for a season. That difference shows up in the cladding, in steps and seating built into the shell instead of retrofitted, and in heating specified at the start so the pool is not limited to a few weeks of high summer.

Specified, not packaged

There is no fixed Premium package, and we do not pretend otherwise. Every item above is confirmed in writing on your quotation before anything is fabricated. That is the honest description of how this product works: you are buying a configuration, so the useful conversation happens before the order rather than after it. If you only need the core pool, the 20ft Container Pool in Standard Build is the lower-cost route to the same shell.

Getting it into a small garden

The compact footprint is the whole point and the higher specification does not change it. A 20ft shell is the easiest pool in the range to place: the lift is short, the crane can often work from the road, and the standing area needed is modest. What we need from you before quoting a delivery is gate widths, overhead clearance including cables and branches, and what the ground is made up of where the pool will sit. Send photographs of the intended position — they answer more questions than measurements do.

Safety and permission

Fencing, covers, depth marking and supervision remain the owner’s responsibility whatever the specification. Buying: delivery, cover and cancellation

Delivery is free across the UK, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey included, and no VAT is added at checkout — the figure on the page is the figure you pay. Crane or HIAB offload is agreed in writing before delivery. Allow the specialist build window of roughly 2 to 6 weeks. Fabrication workmanship carries 12 months’ cover, and your statutory rights sit alongside it: 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a separate 30-day right to reject faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
