Why 30ft rather than 20ft or 40ft
The 30ft length is the middle ground most operators overlook. At 15 Euro pallets and 40.4 m³ it carries half again what a 20ft reefer holds, without needing the yard space, approach length or power draw of a 40ft unit. For farms, food producers and event operators who consistently outgrow a 20ft box but never fill a 40ft one, it removes the choice between running short and paying for volume that stays empty.
Site checklist before delivery
- Confirm a 380V / 32A three-phase CEE supply, or arrange a generator sized for 6–10 kW/h
- Allow clearance at the machinery end for airflow and servicing access
- Choose a level bearing surface so the T-grating floor drains and the doors seal square
- Factor the 3,900 kg tare weight into placement and any future repositioning
- Note the 63–78 dB running noise when siting near occupied buildings or property lines
