Front of house sits behind the 8ft hatch with the counter run and cupboards; behind the partition is a separate, lockable area reached through its own steel personnel door — used for stock, cash handling, staff breaks or a small back office. Staff can leave the serving side unattended without leaving the whole unit open, and the back room stays secure even while trading.
