Buying a graded individual unit
This is one specific container that has been looked over and described honestly, rather than a specification from which stock is allocated. The advantage is that the description refers to the actual box: when it says the floor is strong and the doors seal, that is an assessment of this unit and not a general claim about the grade.
The limitation is the obvious one. Availability is limited to what is on the ground, and once it is sold the closest equivalents will be other graded units rather than an identical replacement. If timing matters, ask us to confirm it is still available before you plan around it.

Delivery, siting and cover
Delivery is free to any UK address, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, and the price shown is the total payable with no VAT added at checkout. Send us the delivery postcode and the access details when you enquire so we can confirm how the unit will be placed. A 40ft container needs a clear straight approach of roughly 25 m and firm, level standing; where the site cannot offer that, HIAB or crane offload can be arranged and is agreed in writing before delivery. Mainland England and Wales is typically 3 to 7 working days.
Supplied wind and watertight, the container is covered for three months from delivery: dry inside under normal weather conditions, with doors that open, close and lock. Cosmetic condition is excluded, which on a fairly used shell means surface marks and patch paint are not defects. Separately, you have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a 30-day right to reject the goods if they are faulty.
