Stacking any cabin from the steel, ECOlink or jackleg ranges two high means you need a stair. This one bolts directly to fixings built into the pedestrian door sill, so no separate foundation or independent frame is required.

Work out the handing before you order. Treads can run either way, but the direction is dictated by the hinge position on the upper door: a left-hand hinge sends the treads down to the right as you face the door, a right-hand hinge sends them to the left. Getting this wrong at planning stage usually means the stair lands exactly where you wanted a walkway or a parking bay, so mark it on the compound layout early rather than discovering it on delivery day.

The landing gives a level standing area outside the upper door, so nobody is opening a door while balanced on a tread, and handrails run the full flight. Together those are what make a two-high stack workable day to day rather than merely physically possible.

Supplied painted black as standard. A fully galvanised staircase is available on request — worth pricing for a long-term or coastal installation.
