New 14 foot fully equipped food trailer — ready to cook. Everything is already installed and ready to go: all plumbing, electrical and gas work has been completed, so the trailer arrives as a self-contained kitchen rather than a shell to fit out.
Buying Direct From the Manufacturer
- We are both the manufacturer and the dealer, so you buy the trailer from the people who built it.
- No deposit is required — come and pick out your trailer.
- You receive a Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin with a real VIN number, plus a bill of sale, so the trailer can be legally registered with your local DMV. The DMV then issues the first original title in your name. No extra fees.
- We go over the entire food trailer with you before purchase and show you how to operate every item.

Why Fully Self-Contained Matters
With two generators, filled propane, and fresh and waste water tanks on board, the trailer does not depend on the site providing power, gas or plumbing. That opens up locations a hook-up-dependent unit cannot trade from — festival fields, roadside pitches, parking lots and event sites — and it removes the risk of a booking falling through because promised services never materialised. The 1 ton air conditioner with heat keeps the line workable next to fryers and a char broiler in summer, and the retractable awning covers the serving window in poor weather.
