Why We Start From One-Trip Shells
Modification work is only as good as the box underneath it. A one-trip container has made a single loaded voyage from the factory, so the panels are straight, the door seals are still soft, the floor is undamaged and the original paint is sound. That matters for a fit-out: sockets and conduit can be fixed to true walls, a respray goes onto clean steel rather than layers of patched marine coating, and there is no accumulated repair work waiting to be discovered once the lining goes up. What Can Be Specified
- Electrical fit-out. Consumer unit, internal wiring, socket positions and an external supply inlet, laid out around how the unit will actually be used.
- Lighting. Interior LED lighting for year-round working, with switching positioned to suit the door arrangement.
- Finish. Full exterior respray in a color of your choice — corporate colors for client-facing sites, or a low-visibility finish where the unit needs to blend in.
- Openings and security. Personnel doors, windows, vents, roller shutters and additional locking can be built into the same order.
- Interior. Insulation, lining, partitioning, racking or benching depending on whether the unit ends up as an office, a store or a workshop.
Ordering a Custom Build
Because every build is quoted against a specification rather than sold from stock, the first step is a conversation about intended use, site power, and how many units you need.
