Why building the WC in changes the job

Buy a site office on its own and welfare stays unsolved: a portable toilet parked somewhere close by, running on its own service contract, sited wherever a gap happens to exist. This is the one conversion in the range where the groundwork genuinely matters, because the WC needs both a water feed and a drainage connection at the position where the unit will stand. Settle those before the delivery date rather than after. Plan the standing so all four corners bear evenly across 12.2 m, confirm where the electrical supply lands, and check the approach: a 40ft delivery needs considerably more turning space and overhead clearance than a 20ft one.

Delivery is free across the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, and the price shown is the total payable — no VAT is added at checkout. Offload arrangements for a unit of this length are confirmed with you when the order is placed, and any crane or HIAB requirement is agreed in writing before delivery. The conversion workmanship is covered for 12 months. Separately from that, you have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a 30-day right to reject the goods if they are faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
