Description
A 5ft × 8ft steel smoking shelter with a built-in seating area and a heavy-duty ashtray, built for commercial, industrial and construction premises. It exists to solve a specific problem: giving staff a defined, sheltered place to smoke that is away from doorways and air intakes, and keeping the litter in one emptied receptacle rather than across the car park. The finish is deliberately neutral so it works outside a customer-facing building as well as in a working yard.

Siting it correctly matters more than the shelter itself
A smoking shelter only does its job if it is positioned properly. Keep it clear of entrances, windows and ventilation intakes so smoke is not drawn back into the building, put it where the walking route from the exit is obvious, and check that its degree of enclosure suits how you intend to use it under the smoke-free rules that apply to your premises. Getting the position right on day one avoids moving a steel structure later, which is the expensive way to learn this.

Delivery and cover
Delivery is free UK-wide, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, and the price shown is the total payable — no VAT is added at checkout. This is the smallest and easiest unit in the range to place: a firm, level standing is all it needs, and it will reach positions a container delivery cannot. Lead times follow the bands in our shipping policy, which run from a few working days for mainland England and Wales through to two to four weeks for the Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Where a crane or HIAB offload is wanted, that is agreed in writing before delivery. Fabrication workmanship is covered for 12 months, and separately you have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and a 30-day right to reject faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
