Description

A shipping container converted into an exhibition stand that ships as its own crate. Instead of trucking in flight cases and paying contractors to build a stand on the show floor, the booth arrives already built: you and your team arrange the display off site at your own pace, stow it inside, and close the doors. On arrival you open up, set out graphics and product, and you are trading. When the show closes the process reverses, and the same booth travels to the next event without being rebuilt.

The shell is the crate, and that is the whole economic case

A conventional stand is built, dismantled and part-scrapped at every show, and the transit packaging is a cost that carries nothing afterwards. Here the structure and the packaging are the same object. Nothing is discarded at the venue, the build cost is paid once rather than per event, and the risk of a half-finished stand on opening morning disappears because the stand was finished before it left you. Over three or four shows that arithmetic changes decisively.

The case for a container booth

• Brandable end to end. Vinyl wrap, signage panels, cut-outs and exterior paint all go on before the unit leaves us.
• Fitted out to your layout. Lighting, power, shelving, counters and flooring are specified to suit the stand.
• Secure between shows. Stock, screens and signage stay behind lockable steel doors, in transit and in store.
• Paid for once. The shell travels as its own shipping crate, so there is nothing to throw away when the show comes down.
• Happy outdoors. Corten steel copes with open-air shows, festivals and roadshows.

Check the venue before you specify

One practical constraint: not every exhibition hall will accept a container on the floor, and those that do will have rules on load, access route and craning times. Confirm with the venue early, because it affects the shell size you should order. Outdoor shows, festivals and roadshows rarely have the same restriction, and that is where these units earn their keep fastest.

Delivery, siting and cover

Delivery is free UK-wide, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, and the price shown is the total payable with no VAT added at checkout. Because each booth is built to your stand plan, allow the specialist lead-time band in our shipping policy, and order well ahead of your first show date. The unit needs a firm, level standing at four corners so the doors swing true. Crane or HIAB offload is agreed in writing before delivery. Fabrication and conversion workmanship carry 12 months of cover, and separately you have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and a 30-day right to reject faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Other public-facing conversions

Every stand starts from a one-trip or refurbished shell, exactly as our other conversions do, so the real decision is how you want to meet the public. Selling directly out of the unit points towards a fully converted 20ft kiosk, while a narrow aisle pitch suits the 10ft concession stand.
